captivating atmosphere and professional staff. Animated descriptions, 5 or 6 clickable thumbnail photos, brand logo, direct

links to online reservations, contact info and a custom 500 x 90 banner, static or animated.

Area Attractions Page with unlimited photos, high grade animated images, a generous, complete listing of activities and

attractions in and around the surrounding area of your property. Any discounts or packages that are hosted by your company

in cooperation with local businesses such and golf packages, etc.

Map & Directions Page with attractive map (any size), precise directions to your hotel, contact details, optional animated

images and/or a high tech Flash/Swish movie.

Every website that is published to the internet must have a Domain Name, (URL or Web Address). Domain names must

be purchased for a minimum of one year or a maximum of 10 years through a licensed registrar. Once you have paid for

a domain name, you own it. If you decide that you want a different domain name, you must pay again, so be sure it’s right

the first time.

OPTIONAL SERVICES:

My Website Maintenance and Submission contract. Includes: Submission of your website to 1,001,000+ search engines,

classified ad sites, FFA sites & directories every 28 days (please allow 6 to 10 weeks of submissions before you begin seeing

any positive results). Maintenance of your website includes: monthly site checks to ensure that everything is in working order

(check links etc). Updates to your website i.e. posting of special promos etc. Your cost for this package: $189.00 per year

Site Meter Installation. The Site Meter is an extremely useful tool that accurately tracks all visitor activity on your site and sends

you a detailed weekly report of who visited your website, how they found your site, how much time they spent there, etc.etc. A

report will be e-mailed to you on a weekly basis. This information can be used to target your advertising to the desired clientele.

One time fee: $45.00

Flash movies and/or animations, PHP Form mail submissions, Real time Clock & Weather Meter, Slide Shows, Panoramas and

During construction, you will be able to monitor your site's progress as closely as you please on your own computer and request

any changes to any content in real time. I'll design your website to your exact specifications to guarantee your total satisfaction.

Upon completion of your website, I will present you with a CD containing copies of all of your website files as well as instructions

for accessing your new e-mail accounts, website files etc. When you pay for your website, you become it's sole owner, forever.

Special Note Regarding Photos:

As a courtesy, If I'm in your area I will shoot the photos for your website or you can provide me with your own photos. If you want

me to take the pictures, I will do this at no extra charge to you, but please understand that while my photos are always considered

to be more than satisfactory, photography is not my given profession.

POLICIES: INN Web Designs is an online business and gladly accepts online payments

using your major credit card, via an authorized, secure server. Checks & money orders

are accepted offline and must be payable to Frank Khoury, NOT INN Web Designs.

(If the check you're sending is drawn on your local bank, please add 5% of the amount

of the check for processing fees.)

A 25% deposit is required prior to the start of construction and the balance is to be paid

in full upon satisfactory completion of your new website, unless previous arrangements

were made. We guarantee the highest quality, at the lowest price anywhere!
